Ways to Stay Involved

The Evan Ashcraft Foundation is run 100% by volunteers. We are always looking for people that want to be involved in our organization at a variety of levels.

Opportunities

Committee Members

We first and foremost would like to add 3-4 committee members to assist us with running the Foundation throughout the year. Committee members meet monthly for a couple hours to discuss fundraising events and organizations that could benefit from our funds.

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for the 2-3 events we do each year. Volunteers meet once or twice the week before the event and are used for 5-10 hours on the day of the event.

Sponsors and Supporters

Sponsors and Supporters are companies and individuals that don’t had time to donate but are able to help us with generous financial contributions. Without sponsors and supporters our events and overall Foundation efforts would be greatly diminished.
